IMPORTANT NOTICE: In case of discrepancy, doubt in interpretation or translation error in this document, the original text in Spanish will prevail.

BOOKING

You can request a reservation for the various boats using this website and the booking forms.

Once we receive your reservation by email, we will contact you to confirm the details and request additional documentation to formalize the rental contract.

In this contract you will be shown the extended version with all the terms and conditions of the leasing service contract between both parties.

PAYMENT METHODS

In order to formalize the contract, advance payment (total) of the rental service is required and the following payment methods are available for this purpose.

Bank transfer: We will provide you with the details by email to carry out the transfer.

Payment by Card: You can make the payment securely from our website. You only need to indicate your full name, the concept (rental reference) and the agreed amount, and it will be sent to our bank’s payment gateway for processing.

Payment with Bizum: You can make the payment securely from our website. You only need to indicate your full name, the concept (rental reference) and the agreed amount and it will be sent to our bank’s payment gateway for processing. You must have the Bizum service activated.

CANCELLATION, RETURN AND/OR REFUND POLICY

The RENTER reserves the right to cancel the departure due to inclement weather or extraordinary weather conditions, or due to any obvious cause of force majeure. In such cases, the lessor will offer the lessee the availability options planned for the next thirty days (30 days) to redeem them. If the boat is not available within those days, the contract will be cancelled and the right to exercise it will cease to exist, without giving rise to the refund of the amount paid.

Extraordinary weather conditions will be considered those in which navigation is restricted, or in which, due to the exceptional nature of said conditions, their exercise poses a risk to the vessel and its crew.

If the RENTER decides not to sail for any reason, he/she will lose the total amount paid, unless he/she gives written notice up to 10 days before the date reserved/paid for the service.

Cancellations with less than 10 days notice will not be refunded and you will be offered to choose another departure date in the following 15 days, depending on the availability of the chosen boat.
